To what scale has mental health affected your mental health?

“Ever since COVID, people have told me they’ve gained a little weight. COVID was my lowest point yet. I was eating snacks all day. I would lose then I would gain it back… I guess you could say it was effected a lot. I just know that my physical health was not what I wanted it to be.”

What Advice would you give to people with mental health issues?

“I would say ‘Don’t be afraid to talk to people about it.’ You should be open to talk about it, even if you’re not open to talking to your parents or friends about it, you should still talk about it, even strangers have advice.”
